How did you make this look so premium?
I’ve used 7 gradients and 2 shadows and it still looks like a 2009 school flyer. Help.

👋 Meet Us

Meet the Founders

From a shared vision to a cause-driven independent creative studio (if that’s what you want to call it). Meet Rachael & Rebecca.

REBECCA BOLTON-

CREATIVE DIRECTOR, COFOUNDER

It was during a time when both the business world and the creative landscape were shifting that Rachael Brown and Rebecca Bolton co-founded Considered by Design. The agency's focus was clear from the start: to create purposeful, intentional brands that have an impact on business, culture, and the planet. But the journey that led them to this point wasn’t linear. It was one marked by a deep sense of responsibility and creativity.

RACHAEL BROWN-

EXPERIENCE STRATEGIST, COFOUNDER

“We wanted to take what we were doing individually and bring it together to make something with real purpose,” Rachael says. “We were both passionate about working with brands that could make a positive impact, and we saw a chance to make that our everyday.”With backgrounds in digital, branding, and sustainability, Rachael and Rebecca started out with a mission to help brands unlock their potential — but in a way that was, as they put it, “considered.” From there, Considered by Design was born.
Right now I’m listening to, watching, and reading…
Rachael: I’m listening to a lot of ambient music lately. It helps me focus while working. Watching a documentary on sustainable design, and reading Designing for the Real World by Victor Papanek.

Rebecca: I’m all about podcasts these days — Design Matters and The Creative Pep Talk are on repeat. Watching  short conservations documentaries, and reading Design your Life by Vince Frost.
We get our best work done when…
Rachael: The team is all in sync, collaborating and challenging each other to think bigger.
Rebecca: When everyone feels empowered to bring their ideas to the table. Creativity thrives in an open space where no idea is too wild.
A philosophy we live and work by is…
Rachael: It’s all about the purpose behind the work. Design should matter. It should have an impact. Our Coverse has its own gravitational force.

Rebecca: To always create with intent — whether we’re working with clients, on internal projects, or just brainstorming. Everything we do has a purpose, and it’s that purpose that drives us forward. Because we believe The brands that we create, create us.
