Coffee Tribe Wickham, a new coffee shop located next to a gym precinct in Newcastle, faced the challenge of establishing a brand presence with low awareness and no existing reputation. They were unsure of how to begin their branding journey.

What did we do?

We employed a blended digital and print approach, drawing inspiration from the Newcastle’s coastal energy and urban landscape. Anchoring the brand in Wickham’s grungy, industrial landscape—featuring iconic elements like the harbor, Queens Wharf Tower, and a rising sun— a nod to the city's bustling cafes, where locals gather to fuel up and forge connections amidst the bustling rhythm of urban culture for a young, urban crowd.

How did we make impact?

As a result, the café has transformed into a local hotspot, fostering a loyal customer base drawn to its unique character and atmosphere. Our strategic branding has increased foot traffic and cultivated a vibrant community around the ritual of coffee, making Coffee Tribe a celebrated part of Wickham's cultural landscape and enhancing the daily lives of its visitors.
